Despite our best efforts, sometimes plans need to adjust. Below are our policies designed to ensure a smooth experience for both our valued clients and dedicated guides. Booking Process
We aim to make your booking experience seamless. Depending on the specifics of your requested tour, we may suggest a video call to fine-tune details, ensuring we craft the most engaging and personalized experience for you and your group.

 

Payment and Confirmation
All tours must be paid in full in advance. We accept payments via bank transfer or credit card through secure links like Stripe or PayPal. Our financial operations are UK-based, and any associated wire fees will be the client’s responsibility. Invoices are issued in GBP, inclusive of applicable UK taxes.

 

Meeting Details
The particulars of meeting points, dates, and times will be confirmed during the booking dialogue, tailored to create a convenient and enjoyable experience for all participants.

 

Additional Costs and Gratuities
Unless included in your tour’s pricing, any extra expenses such as refreshments or transport are payable by the guest. We strive for transparency regarding potential outlays, empowering you to make informed choices. Tips, reflecting satisfaction with services received, are wholly at your discretion and greatly appreciated by our guides.

 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and have established a fair cancellation policy:

  • Full refund for cancellations made 7 calendar days before the tour.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 2-7 days before the tour.
  • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start.
  • No refunds for no-shows, but some accommodations may be made for late arrivals, subject to guide availability.
    Non-refundable costs include any planning fees and third-party services already arranged.

Weather Considerations
The UK’s weather is part of its charm. Guests are advised to dress accordingly. Our tours proceed regardless of weather, barring severe warnings from the UK Met Office. In cases of extreme weather forecasts, we offer the option of cancellation with a full refund, minus non-refundable costs.

 

Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to come prepared for the day’s conditions and communicate any special requirements during the planning stage. We ask for respectful and amicable behavior throughout the tour. Disruptive or abusive conduct may result in removal from the tour without a refund, and potentially, a ban from future tours.
